1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on LMU Paddock or using the Companion App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Community Project Nature

LMU Paddock is a free, non-profit, community-driven tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Le Mans Ultimate, Studio 397, or Motorsport Games. The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Cheat

You agree not to upload fake, manipulated, or cheated telemetry data.
Security Monitoring: To ensure fair competition, we monitor and log network identifiers (IP addresses) to identify fraudulent activity or multiple account abuse.
Harassment, offensive profile aliases, or inappropriate social links will result in an immediate ban.

4. User Content

By uploading telemetry, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this data publicly on leaderboards and driver feeds. You retain ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time.

5. Account Termination & IP Blocking

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms.

Network Restrictions:In cases of severe abuse, cheating, or repeated violations, we may implement permanent network-level restrictions (IP blocking) to prevent further access to the LMU Paddock infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

As this is a free community service, the creators shall not be held liable for any data loss or service interruptions. Use at your own risk.
