By creating an account on LMU Paddock or using the Companion App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

LMU Paddock is a free, non-profit, community-driven tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Le Mans Ultimate, Studio 397 or Motorsport Games. The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

• You agree not to upload fake, manipulated or cheated telemetry data.
• Security monitoring: To ensure fair competition we monitor and log network identifiers (IP addresses) to identify fraudulent activity or multiple account abuse.
• Harassment, offensive profile aliases or inappropriate social links will result in an immediate ban.

By uploading telemetry you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this data publicly on leaderboards and driver feeds. You retain ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms.

As this is a free community service, the creators shall not be held liable for any data loss or service interruptions. Use at your own risk.

LMU Paddock includes direct and team messaging. While conversations are private between participants, you agree to keep them respectful and free of harassment, spam, threats or illegal content.

• Any participant can report a conversation for review.
• When a thread is reported, administrators can read the messages in that thread for the sole purpose of moderation. Participants are shown an in-thread notice while a report is active.
• Violations may result in message removal, account suspension or a permanent ban.
